We are entrepreneurial, dynamic and professional. Founded in 2004 in Warsaw, we have been successfully operating ever since, conducting Executive Search projects in Poland and across the CEE region. We support clients operating in numerous sectors. Our focus lies in professional services, technology and telecommunications, consumer goods, retail and in commercial real estate. We support Private Equity funds in their search – CEOs, Management Board Members and Supervisory Board Members leading portfolio companies for growth.
